ENRO is a brand of Bolinas B.V., registered in the Netherlands. By placing an order through our website, you enter into a purchase agreement with Bolinas B.V.
Every ENRO necklace is a unique, handmade piece crafted from recycled copper wire and natural stones. No two pieces are identical. Minor variations in colour, texture, shape, and patina are inherent to the handcrafted process and are not defects.
All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely through Shopify at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available through Shopify.
Each necklace exists as a single piece. Once sold, it is removed from the collection and cannot be reordered. If a piece has already been purchased by another customer before your order is confirmed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Copper is a living material. It will naturally develop a patina over time, which is a feature of the design. Each piece is sealed for longevity, but we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, perfume, and chemicals. Copper may cause a harmless, temporary green discolouration on skin in some individuals — this is a natural reaction and can be removed with soap and water.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENRO's liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence.
