If you are purchasing an ENRO necklace presented in your hotel room, the piece is yours immediately. No shipping required — you wear it home. You will receive an order confirmation and receipt by email.
For orders placed online, we ship from Tuscany, Italy. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We ship within the EU and internationally.
All orders are shipped insured with tracking. Import duties and taxes for non-EU destinations are the responsibility of the buyer.
Every ENRO necklace is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece, handcrafted individually. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
Because each ENRO piece is singular — no two are alike, and no piece can be reproduced — your purchase is considered a unique handcrafted item. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that this exemption applies.
If your necklace arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 48 hours at the email below with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Natural variations in copper colour, texture, stone placement, and patina are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Under EU consumer law, you are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee on goods. If a defect in materials or craftsmanship becomes apparent within this period, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with applicable law.
